Our DE&I Council of Champions is made up of 40+ teammates, representing our business units and varying positions and position types. This group was instrumental in building a strategic vision and action plan for our DE&I initiatives and continue to play a leading role in stewarding them throughout our organization. Along with leadership, they are devoted to thorough review and ownership of processes and policies that challenge our DE&I efforts and propel us forward to a culture of inclusion and a safe place for candid conversations and action.

At the core of our DE&I program is our practices and policies on recruitment and hiring; career development and opportunity; personal experience and inclusion; company policy and management; and ongoing diversity and awareness training.

Veterans and Allies Leadership ORganization

This group’s purpose is to facilitate the inclusion of Veterans, military family members, and those who are passionate about supporting our military personnel within SIQ.


Women Inspiring & Strengthening Everyone

This group’s purpose is to provide an opportunity to women (and those interested in supporting them) to have a support system and provide an opportunity to network with one another; find colleagues and friends with similar interests; identify workplace barriers and implement methods to remove them to make SIQ a place where women want to work and can celebrate successes together.

Diversity & Inclusion™

SIQ joined CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace in July 2021.

By signing this pledge, SIQ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Joe Puishys joined nearly 2,000 leaders in demonstrating his commitment to cultivating a workplace environment where diverse perspectives and experiences are both welcomed and respected. Organizations who join the pledge continue to take important steps to effect positive change. A diverse and inclusive workforce facilitates community, but also drives innovation and creativity in a safe space.

SIQ is improving our diversity representation. Since September 2021, 45% of our new hires are diverse.
